South America", a confidential and copyright weekly news sheet for a selected list of
subscribers mimeographed by E Ospina-Racines, Apartado Aereo 4+945, Bogota Colombia.
Several US oil company executives state they have found Mr Ospina's statistical
information to be almost one hundred percent correct and his notes and comments
approximately 95 percent correct. His information is secured from his own employees
and agents in the field, US and foreign oil company employees, and from official
foreign government sources.?
