Addition to Dining Facility

1. It is reauested that contracting authority be delegated
to the Chief, for the execution and 25X1
administration of a sealed bid construction contract for adding
square feet of floor space to the existing dining facility 25X1
The current Government estimate for

this project is
2. This request incorporates the addition of square
feet of dining space and quare feet of additional kitchen and
serving-line area. The dining space can be divided into two
separate private dining rooms by the use of folding partitions.
The existing VIP dining room, in the southwest corner of the
present dining room, will be removed as a part of this project.
Design plans prepared by an
architectural firm, have been submitted to the Real Estate 4
Construction Division for review.
3. It is re uested that the Director of Logistics delegate
to the Chief, authority to execute and administer a sealed bid
construction contract in the amount not to exceed for
the proposed work. The contract administration will be in full
accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations. Funds in the
requested amount were contained in the Program
in the Fiscal Year 1987 budget.
