1. 7aval buildir47s south of the Breda:7 rassaEe in the southern
section of the former Tirpitz Island have been converted-into
military depots. They rlere 'closely guarded by sentries rtio

2 The shipyard on the slestern bank of the Oder Tver has resumed

7. J, concrete quay, 300 meters lone, built by the Uzech Oder
Navigation Wes and two concrete -Firehouses are under construction
on the-Breslauer Passage. The sidings for this quay have
already been finished. (3)
8, The Stei-bruchhafen (euarry Harbor) which is of limits and
guarded by Polish sentries, is used almost exclusively by
Soviet vessels, except that German barges carryine renaratiOn
goods and, cement from the 3oviet Zone of Germany - enter for ,
transshipment operations. There are fuel tanks which, however,
are about 50 percent destroyed. Thirteen concrete houses,
about 5X$0 meters, were built between 1949 and 1950. Polish.
dockers stated that gen ammunition, discharged from a Soviet
steamer, is stored in these buildings. (5)
9. The area of the former Free Harbor is now under Soviet adminis-
tration0 vessels berthing there are guarded by '3oviet
