Dear Mr. Casey:
On numerous occasions in past years personnel of the Secret Service have
received special demolition and target analysis training from your agency.
This training has significantly contributed to our successful defense
against the application of explosive devices in fulfilling our protective
responsibilities.
I am again requesting that Target Analysis training be made available to
this service for four students With your approval, the dates of training
have been coordinated between of your office of Technical
Services, and Mr. John Flinn of our Technical Security Division. To
assis I am enclosing the names and biographical data of the
four student nominees.
Your approval of this request will be appreciated.
