SIGNIFICANCE: AN SL-11 LAUNCH VEHICLE WITH A PROBABLE ANTISATELLITE (ASAT) PAYLOAD IS ON A RAIL TRANSPORTER MOVING TOWARD THE PAYLOAD INTEGRATION BUILDING WEST OF THE LAUNCH AREA. THE FACT THAT THE LAUNCH VEHICLE WITH PAYLOAD ATTACHED IS MOVING TOWARD THE INTEGRATION BUILDING RATHER THAN AWAY FROM IT SUGGESTS THAT THERE MAY BE A PROBLEM WITH THE PAYLOAD OR ITS BOOSTER AND THAT IT IS BEING RETURNED FOR DEMATING.
