THE SET ORIENTED TOWARD THE SOUTH IS PROBABLY NOT YET OPERATIONAL. THIS TWIN PLATE EQUIPMENT IS PROBABLY FROM LEGNICA ARMY BARRACKS 201 WHICII HOUSES A SOVIET TWIN PLATE BATTALION. THE SIGNAL EQUIPMENT REPORTED IN THE TRAINING AREA ON INCLUDING ONE PROBABLE PARK DRIVE MOBILE SATCOM STATION, ONE TWIN EAR TROPOSCATTER VAN TRUCK, ONE PROBABLE R-409 VAN TRUCK, AND AT LEAST 20 OTHER VAN TRUCKS, IS NO LONGER PRESENT.
