Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2011/06/21: CIA-RDP78TO5698A000200020033-8 SUBJECT AREA: DISTRIBUTION: ALL PI' IEG PI NOTICE No. Z~b" TITLE/SIGNIFICANCE: AT/APC This vehicle, tormerly identitied as - modified, has beed designated AT/APC M-1970 in the USAIIC report identified below. 25X1 25X1 COMMENT: The AT/APC M-19/0 is a tracked armored amphibian having structure with a truncated cone-shaped turret forward on the right side. The sloping front deck extends forward of the tracks tapering from the stepped area. A flat armored roof covers the personnel and engine compartments with double-beveled sides extending over the tracks. The rear is vertical. Applications include towing 160mm mortors, 100mm T-12 field guns, and 122mm M-1938 howitzers. It may also serve as an APC, command, or fire direction center vehicle.
