anSS-X-16 mobile ICBM signature.
COMMENT: The canvas/net covered MAZ-543's at Plesetsk Missile & Space Test Center
shown below are probably associated with SS-X-16 mobile deployment. They were identifie
in a clearing and can give an appearance somewhat similar to haystacks. Look fora
split cab at the front end of the vehicles.
