IMAGERY INFORMATION REPORT
POSSIBLE SS-20 MIRV WARHEAD CANISTERS IDENTIFIED AT MOZYR
MOBILE IRBM BASE, USSR (TSR)
(TSR) On possible SS-20 MIRV warhead canisters

were identified at Mozyr Mobile IRBM Base

Training Facility, USSR (Figures 1 and 2).
(TSR) The group of three possible canisters was in front of the clerestory payload
assembly building (Figure 2). Each canister was approximately
25X1
meters in diameter and appeared to have two light-toned bands, one near each en e
location of these canisters near the MIRV-associated payload assembly building and their
size suggest that they are possibly for the fully assembled SS-20 MIRV payload. The
canisters were not present when the facility was imaged on
25X1
and this area has not been seen on clear imagery since

Mozyr is in Belorussia and is subordinate to the Mozyr Division of the

Vinnitsa Strategic Rocket Force Army.'
