(SAD) Buildings in a new vehicle storage and maintenance area (Figure 1) have been under construction on the western edge of Pstraze Army Barracks 210 Poland since 1977. The size and the unusual architecture of these buildings indicate that this area will probably house a front-level, battalion-sized unit. Maneuver units of a Soviet tank division, Northern Group of Forces (NGF), are traditionally housed at Pstraze. 2. (S/D) Construction in the new vehicle storage and maintenance area, which has been underway since was nearly complete by Structures include an unusual, new-style, 14-bay vented, double-depth vehicle storage building: a vented vehicle stor- age/maintenance building with an indoor overhead crane capability: and a large high-bay mainte- nance building. The area is separately secured with a board fence. A parking area has been partially covered with concrete pads while extensive preparations for hard surfacing were under- way in the remainder of the area.
