OBSERVED HERE FOR THE FIRST TIME.
2. (S/D) REMARKS: AT LEAST SIX PROBABLE SS-20-ASSOCIATED VEHICLES
ARE UNDER WINTER CAMOUFLAGE CANVAS IN THE LAUNCH AREA OF LUTSK
MRBM LAUNCH SITE 1. LUTSK MRBM LAUNCH SITE 1 IS AN SS-4 SITE
THAT WAS ASSESSED TO BE IN A REDUCED STATE OF READINESS L__ 25X1
AND NO SS-20-ASSOCIATED ACTIVITY HAS PREVIOUSLY 25X1
BEEN IDENTIFIED AT THE FACILITY. THE PROBABLE SS-20 E UIPMENT
MAY BE A UNIT ASSOCIATED WITH LUTSK MOBILE IRBM BASE 1 25X1
APPROXIMATELY 3 NM NORTH OF LAUNCH SITE 1. LUTSK 25X1
MOBILE IRBM BASE 1 WAS FIRST IDENTIFIED BUT ~~A-)
HAS NOT BEEN ASSESSED TO BE OPERATIONAL.
SS-20 EQUIPMENT HAS PREVIOUSLY BEEN IDENTIFIED AT TWO OTHER
DEACTIVATED MRBM LAUNCH POSITIONS, YELSK SSM LAUNCH POSITION 3
