(SWN) SIGNIFICANCE: A SQUADRON OF FITTER FIGHTER/BOMBER AIRCRAFT AND ONE CAMOUFLAGE-PAINTED CURL MEDIUM TRANSPORT HAVE DEPLOYED TO AOZOU AIRFIELD 2. (SWN) REMARKS: EIGHT FITTER ARE ON THE NORTH LOOP TURNAROUND, AND FOUR FITTER (NOT ON GRAPHIC) ARE ON THE SOUTH LOOP TURNAROUND. GROUND SUPPORT VEHICLES ARE NEAR FOUR OF THE AIRCRAFT. EIGHT SF.260 LIGHT STRIKE AIRCRAFT (NOT ON GRAPHIC) ARE ON THE MAIN PARKING APRON. JET FIGHTERS HAVE NOT BEEN SEEN HERE (SWN) AOZOU AIRFIELD IS APPROXIMATELY 50 NM NORTH-NORTHEAST OF AOZOU IN THE LIBYAN CLAIMED AND OCCUPIED AREA OF NORTHERN CHAD.
