(1) Three (3) copies of Proposal ED-CX-14

At your request we are pleased to submit enclosure (1) proposal fora "Dual
Format Data Block Reader. " To perform this effort would be on a CPFF
basis at a price o The period of performance would be nine
(9) months after receipt of a dully executed contract.
