No e ui ment or construction activity were- present (TSR) The units present at Lyalichi Army Barracks AL 4, together with the known units present at Lyalichi Arm Barracks AL 1 Lyalichi Arm Barracks AL 2 and Lyalichi Army Barracks AL 3 orm a nearly complete, but understrength, motorized rifle division. Lyalichi is 35 nautical miles (nm) southwest of Spaask Dalniy where a mobilization division was redeployed and probably activated from Varfolomeyevka in August 197? .
