Com nting on the government reshuffle, Liwa Al-Istiglal
says tha uri As- was seeking
a coalition government but
has fail. ',ecause he could not conciliate between his policy
and the requirements for a coalition government. That is why
he has resorted to this partial reshuffle. Even in this partial.
reshuffle Premier Nuri As-Said has failed to fill the vacancies
of two important portfolios; i.e. the Ministries of Interior and
of Foreign Affairs.
The paper concludes that there is one alternative either
to persist along the old. line or to set up a regime based on
