February 11. 1971 CONFIDENTIAL MEMORANDUM FOR, THE SECRETARY Or STATE THE SECRETARY OF DEFENSE THE DIRECTOR OF CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE SUBJECT: Status Reports on Operations in Laos and Cambodia My m morandum of February 9, 1971 requested two daily reports for the President on the major operations being conducted by South Vietnamese forces in Laos and Cambodia. It has been determined that a single report which reaches the White House Situation Room by 4:00 p.m. daily, including Saturdays and ys, will satisfy the President's rremenlts.
