No Objection to Declassification in Part 2011/03/02: LOC-HAK-136-5-3-2 ? ? 6F.A'?3 Dr. Kissinger thanks Mr. Ismail for his message passed February 4, 1973. The U. S. side is of the opinion that there may, in principle, be some positive possibilities in the proposal for a ,meeting suggested by Mr. Ismail in his message. However, this approach also raises some complexities that are difficult to explain adequately in a message. We would propose, therefore, that Ismail in Cairo on February 10, 1973, to explain in person the best mode for Mr. Ismail's proposed trip to the U. S. No Objection to Declassification in Part 2011/03/02: LOC-HAK-136-5-3-2
