We have been informed by the Israeli Government that their representatives have been waiting at kilometer.110 of the Cairo-Suez Road since 1500 hours Cairo time, and thus far no one from the Egyptian side has appeared. As stated in my.previous message, the Israeli side is prepared to meet all conditions for a convoy of non-military supplies, but it is our understanding that no convoy has yet appeared. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do in this Warm regards.
