THAT GENSCHER'S PEOPLE HEARD ABOUT IT FROM THEIR EMBASSY

2. Secretary is most unhappy about the fact that
Genscher has heard about a possible tete-a-tete with
Schmidt (Tohak 105). He noted Sonnenfeldt's statement
that Genscher's people heard about it from their Embassy but
wants to know how the German Embassy in Washington was
brought into the picture. Who talked to them?
