No Objection to Declassification in Part 2013/04/26: LOC-HAK-68-4-1-1 We have carefully examined the documents in the light of your request, and have determined that they are exempt from com- pulsory disclosure under 5 U. S. C. 552 (b) (1) and (3). Also, the documents are classified and exempt from the General Declassification Schedule pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 (B) (2) and (3) of Executive Order No. 11652 (March 8, 1972), as amended.
