In-migration of Workers from Mexico Approved a memorandum to Labor Secretary Hodgson informing him the President is opposed at this time to special arrangements to admit Mexican workers to the U.S. as a relief measure, but that the omnibus immigration bill now before the Congress may provide some indirect relief.
