Could you please let me know who I could contact about getting better lettuce options at the
salad
bar? The lettuce offering is 5 0 Wo half-dead iceberg that everyone picks around, Iceberg has no nutional
value (vs spinach and others.) I would love to see if FS/Cafeteria would be willing to talk to me about
options. I know others would be interested in this too.
