Subject: Unsatisfactory breakfast sandwich
Feedback: I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, When I got
back to my desk and opened it there was some black gunk all over the inside of the wrapper. It actually
looked like melted chocolate or something else I won't bother mention. Isn't there any quality
control? The sandwich was quickly thrown away.
