1. I am returning the original, and nn extra copy of the
enclosure, of the internal memorandum pertaining to "Side Tone
Delay", which you so kindly sent to me sometime ago. You might
wish to civise the individuals in your office, interested in this
matter, that we have been carrying an negotiations with the

2. There are several ways in which this device might be
used for other operational purposes and should anyone in your
office be interested in this, I shall be glod to discuss it with
them directly. I sin sure that any such developments could be
included in the present project or in additional projects with the
name contractor. Thank ;:ou agnin for the papers and I will wait
to hear of your further interest in the matter. I have retained a
copy of our memorandum because of the useful background information
contained therein.
