On 19 March 19$2 the Revolutionary Military Council ordered military districts to organize training classes for military security personnel. We order is summarized as follows: 1. IA order to maintain military security, military districts shall organize military security training classes immediately. 2. The following personnel will be eligible for these classes: a. Persons engaged in the receipt or dispatch of classified correspondence, persons who have custody of classified documents and cryptographic personnel from military orga1ttstioas of. bd.- b. Persons engaged in the receipt or. dispatch of classified correspondence, persons who have custody of classified documents, and cryptographic. personnel from awaits of t Iua..(O9, 7)i level and above under the command of military districts. 0. If necessary, students being trained at provincial infantry schools. The military districts may create and edit training materials for use in the military security training classes under their jurisdictions. These; materials must be in accordance with security regulations promulgated by the Government Administrative Council and the Revolutionary Military Council to provide for the security and protection of classified information. 4. Each military security training class will have a six-month 'training program.
