Dulles indicating that so far his trip was progressing satis- factorily, and that he cnnmpnts later on the or ard- zation of the office of Mr. stated that CRR was considering making a request that a representative of be assigned to that office in the same status as that of to ONE. Mr. Reber stated that the Intra-CIA Requirements Committee had developed a pattern for covert reporting on the Soviet orbit which has been accepted by 0 He also stated that ONI has sub- mitted a request for an IAC sub-committee to develop coordinated requirements from the covert side. It was Reberts belief that if such a Committee was appointed it should consider requirements from both the overt and covert collectors. This matter will be discussed at the next ADts meeting. Mr. Reber gave a brief report on the operations of the Watch Committee, and noted that at the present time it was apparently fulfilling its mission to the satisfaction of the DCI and the IAC Agencies.
