Jackson, Mr. Wolf, Mr. Wisner, and Mr. Becker Mr. Dulles referred to a letter fro ggesting that be invited to cane here an a approved.. Mr, Wisner referred briefly to an article in the Post, again bringing up the mythical Russian Colonel who was said to ~e versed in Russian atomic matters. According to the Post, this man is naw in Washington. A diligent search had failed ~o -uncover any indi- cation of official cognizance. Mr, Wolf handed to the DCI Mx. Becker~s memorandum for the record relating to support for OPC ~ Afte_r making some corrections, the DCI directed Mr. Becker to have this memorandum redone as revised, after which the DCI himself would issue a briEf directive covering these points.
