This letter confirms NSA's intention to acquire the
Burroughs B7821 dual processor system that became available
with the redirection of the joint CIA/DIA SAFE Project. NSA
accepts the entire system, subject to no reimbursement
costs. NSA will, however, bear the charges associated with
deinstallation, packing, shipping, and reinstallation of the
system. --
