REMARKS:I I subparagraphs (3) and (4)
were approved by the Travel Policy Com-
mittee. After all members had concurred,
including DDP/PC, DDP/PC recommended
changes prior to authentication. These
roposed changes were discussed with all y
embers of the TPC by phone; some were
accepted, others were not. Attached are
copies of what the TPC had approved, and
that was finally signed by the ADDS. We
