1. 1 have read m of 26 November on the
matter of RMO's paying their way on records management.
2. Unlike some other reports on other matters I read
from time to time, this report impresses me because of its
honesty and its practical approach to the problem. The
honesty is found in the facts in paragraphs 3 and 4, and the
practical approach is found in paragraphs 6 and 7. 1 think
if this approach is kept up, continuing progress will be made
in what is admittedly a difficult area and one in which the
arousing of enthusiasm is always a challenge.
