PRESENT: Messrs. Becker, Reber,
a. Spoke on the purpose of staff meetings. It was decided to hold them
Monday and Wednesday at 10:30 AM.

duties to include budget; planning, support, DD/I offices' relationships
with organized DD/P offices overseas, in view of cuts in latter and our
