MEMORANDUM OF TELEPHONE CONVERSATION
SUBJECT: Additonal Funding for GRILL FLAME
1. References:
a. fonecon, CPT Rittenburg/Bob Knauer, 12 May 81.
b. fonecon, Bob Knauer/MAJ Jim Duke, ACSI-RM, date unk.
2. GRILL FLAME has received not only the two additional. civilian spaces but
also a total of 57K additional OMA. That was the amount requested for GRILL
FLAME specifically for the purpose of paying those two additional civilian
spaces (we did not ask for more OOMA because OOMA was the one and only thing
GRILL FLAME already had-- we only requested manpower and pay). This amount of
money will be added to the GF pot for FY 82, but there must be enough money to
cover CIVPAY, therefore, GF should not plan on using this 57K for any other
purpose. The additional funds were confirmed by Bob per ref b.
