Approved For Release 2001/04/02 : CIA-RDP96-00788R001200060037-4 MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD 26 January 1982 SG1J SUBJECT: DIA-GRILL FLAME Budget FY 82-87 (U) SG1J 1. (FOUO) DIA called 22 January 1982. He was preparing a background paper for the Director, DIA and wanted our Budget for FY 82 and estimates for FY 83 through FY 87. I told him I would have to talk to our (HUMINT) Budget people before I could give him those numbers. I also told him I doubted a projection for FY 84 - 87 existed. 2. (U) On 25 January 1982 (a.m.), contacted CPT Rittenburg. His guidance: use latest FY 82 figures sent to DCSRM and our FY83 COB projections. SG1J 3. .(U) On 25 January 1982 (a.m.),contacted and provided data for FY82 and FY83. Informed him I had no FY 84-87 projections. 1 Incl ROBERT J.
