MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD
SUBJECT: Trip Report 21 Aug-2 Sep 83(U)
CENTE
1. (S/CL-4/NOFORN) Between 21 Aug and 2 Sep 83, the
undersigned was TDY to SRI-International, Menlo Park, CA for the
purpose of continued Stage III training.
2. (S/CL-3/NOFORN) Stage III training went well and some very
good sites were accomplished. The next trip will be a
transition phase from Stage III to Stage IV. This is still
considered part of Stage III. The date of this subsequent trip
is unknown at this time.
3. (S/CL-3/NOFORN) There were some problems, during this trip,
between Hal Puthoff and Ingo Swann. Their differences centered
primarily around FY 83 end-of-year reports and the renewal of Mr
Swann's contract for FY 84.
