sile -associated facility observed. This facility

4. PETROPAVLOVSK/TARYA(KRASHEN-
NINIKOVA) (PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHAT-
SKIY). A probable conventional munitions stor-
age area is under construction across Bukhta
Tarya from the submarine base. No drive-
through buildings, large parallel buildings, or
