NPIC Project J-240/63 At Port Wallut, situated on the NE end of the Ile de Ke Bao at UTM coordinates 48QYJ670463, and in the immediate area of the port, the fol- lowing naval facilities have been constructed since (Figure 1): 7 storage build- ings, approximately 11 small storage/support buildings, 3 piers, 2 possible finger piers, 3 probably associated, multistory, barracks- type buildings (located immediately SE of Port Wallut and connected to it by causeway), and 5 medium probable dual-purpose (DP) positions (4 positions appear occupied) and a possible radar site situated on a hill overlooking Port Wallut. Vessels observed in were 3 Swatow-class motor gunboats (PGM), 12 prob- able P-4-class torpedo boats (PT) (8 on building ways), and one floating drydock. 1/, naval vessels observed were 2 possible Swatow-class motor gunboats (PGM) and 12 pos- sible P-4-class torpedo boats (PT).
