Contains 15 bldgs--nine 100' x 45', one 110' x 60', and 5 small bldgs. FIRST APPEARED CONSTRUCTION STATUS: Complete Launch Site TERRAIN: Mountainous VEGETATION: Wooded (scrub) SECURITY: Single fence PADS: Four circular pads (150' diameter) with 795' & 835' separation and oriented on azimuths of 55? (2 pads), 205?, & 245?. An object (size undetermined) is on each pad. One drive-through bldg (140' x 55') is located between each pair of pads. READY BLDGS: Two drive-through type (200' x 75'). Two small bldgs (45' x 45') are collocated with each ready bldg. Site Support Facility 'TECHNICAL SECTION: Located immediately W of launch site. Contains 2 possible drive-through bldgs (130' x 30'),-4 bldgs 130'x 70', and 2 smal- ler bldgs. Also within the area is a small bldg (approx 60' x 40') with 5 or 6 objects approx 60' x 10' alongside. Rail-to-Road Transfer Point Probably at Nikolayevka Airfield, 6.5 nm NW of launch area, which has access to railroad and good road connections to launch area. Contains 3 bldgs 140' x 70' with several smaller structures grouped around an apron. A bldg (approx 60' x 40') with 4 or 5 objects approx alongside. ADMINISTRATION & HOUSING SECTION: Lo- cated 3,000' WNW of launch site. Contains 9 bldgs--four 90' x 50', two 100' x 50', one 130' x 55', and 2 smaller bldgs. Three small bldgs Rccil-to-Road Transfer Point Probably at junction of railroad line and road to launch ar::a, 3.7 mn NW of launch area.
