Facilities include 3 pier-type approaches to 4 moored fitting-out barges,

5 craneways with 6 jib cranes and. 1 hammerhead crane, 1 floating jib crane, 1

On a semi-circular inlet 9 nm. SSW of Ting-hai, Chou Shan Island.
The Motor Torpedo Boat (MTB) Base contains 4 floating offshore wharfs,
3 pier/wharf approaches, 2 boat storage quays served by 1 floating crane,
a side-haul marine railway with transverser serving 18 storage/repair ways,
numerous boat cradles, at least 2 vertical, probable POL storage tanks, a
two-entrance tunnel, 1 double-bay repair hall and approximately 80 other
associated buildings.
