3. (S/STD) COMMENTS: No Physical Inclemencies.
4. (S/STD) EVALUATION: Since no "ground truth" operational
data is known for comparison, no objective evaluation can be made
of viewer 079's results. Original source of targeting
information suggests, however, that locations proposed by 095 are
potentially innacurate. Other information may possibly be
accurate. Confidence estimate: 30%
