1. I have received the signed MOU from General Sayster and the
following data have been provided in consonance with the
agreement.
SG1J 2' I have reviewed one OER and one EER and both of them meet
Army standards. I had to have OER rewritten twice in
order to meet Army standards.
3. Request that funds be MIPR'd to ODCSINT so that 2 can execute
travel in behalf of the SUN STREAK Project. I have already taken
two trips and paid far them out of my operating budget but I need
to reimburse myself for these trips.
SG1J 4? Additionally, I have o erational requirements to visit other
sites. I will have get with DIA's budget people, i.e.
to facilitate the transfer of TDY funds.
