SUBJ: Monthly Activity Report (Mar. 94)

(U) During the month of Mar., 94 I engaged in the following
activities:
1. (S/NF) Prepared a justification paper to secure $250K of R&D
funds to provide "bridge" support for our contractor in
anticipation of future funding.
2. (S/NF) Prepared a report outlining significant experimental
results obtained by our contractor in FY93 that have both
operational and foreign activity significance.
3. (S/NF) Prepared DIA's response to the Acting Assistant
Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs) on the subject of DIA's
compliance with all applicable laws/regulations. governing the use
of human subjects in research for the DR's signiture.
4. (S/NF) Made changes to CDA research plan proposal in
accordance with direction from Director, NMIPC.
5. (C) Prepared DIA's response to Congress concerning proposed
multi-year R&D program.
6. (C) Prepared an in-depth analysis of the impact of the loss
of R&D funding on PAG-TA's mission.
