A. high-frequency receiving site is located 5. 5 nautical miles south-
southwest of Kuybyshev, USSR, at 53?05'N 50?09'E. The site contains a
large control building, 2 smaller control buildings, an administrative and
housing area, 2 possible double-end bent rhombic antennas (see accom-
panying figure, items 1 and 2), one double-end rhombic (item 3), 6 single
rhombics (items 4-9), 4 type A. fishbone antennas (items 10-13), 2 type B
fishbones (items 14 and 15), and several stick masts. The site is fence-
enclosed,,is serviced by an all-weather road, and probably receives power
from an existing power line along the southwest. side of the site. Desig-
nation .of fishbone antenna types is in accordance with the system estab-
lished in CIA./PIC/TP-1/59. Tables 1 and 2 give data on the rhombic and
