photography, is under construction across Okocha Bay from Shipyard
263, which is located near the southwestern edge of Sovetskaya Gavan.
The main component is a large steel frame structure, 780 by 270 feet,
nearing completion, which will house the assembly and fabrication
sections. A probable launching basin immediately east is in the early
stages of construction, and to the south are approximately 30 associated
shops and storage buildings, all constructed since the previous photo

2 destroyers (possible GORDYY Class), one unidentified naval vessel
(possible DE), 3 stack-aft merchant vessels, and at least 20 small ships
and craft.
Components of the new shipbuilding facility and Shipyard 263 are shown
on the accompanying photograph and lira drawing and described in the
following key to annotations.
