The plant area is rectangular in shape, measuring 1500' by 2000'. Plant facilities include 8 sludge storage silos, 4 finished-product silos and several processing buildings. It is rail-served by a spur line. Raw material enters the plant by means of an overhead transporter system which runs from a new quarry 4700' WSW of the plant.
