troops (based on' 50 sq ft of barracks floor space
per man and 18 men per tent) is located in the
northern section of Nakhichevan and covers
approximately 300-acres. It contains two firing
ranges approximately 50 by 400 ft each, an
athletic field approximately 200 by 600 ft, and
106 buildings and a bivouac area with 65 possible
tents as shown in the first tabulation.

A military installation with billeting facili-
ties for 3,704 troops, adjacent to Nakhichevan
Army Barracks North, covers approximately
60 acres and contains an athletic field ap-
proximately 250 by 500 ft, a drill area, and 27
buildings and a bivouac area with 28 possible
tents as shown in the second tabulation.
