1. This memorandum is in response to the above referenced requirement
requesting a detailed analysis, using comparative photo coverage, of the Cam
Pha Port Facilities.
facilities consisting of a large coal yard i?.ith five bridge transpui-utf-u
and a coal processing plant. A coal quay, located at the rest end of the coal
yard, has four bridge transporter cranes. This quay is served by a narrow gage
rail line. T.?o icean `oing freighters are docked here, one is approximately 450
feet long and the other is approximately 410 feet long. A second quay, located
300 yards north of the coaling quay, has 12 self-propelled barges and one coastal
freighter moored near it. These vessels range in size from 30 to 150 feet in
length and are believed to be used for transporting coal.
The four buildings located at Annotation 4, enclosure CIAjPID/IB-P-
contain equipment to repair the narrow-gage railroad rolling stock.
