inviting as to speak at the lather College on the
weekend of 16-17 February
I sincerely rat that I will be unable to
accept your kind invitation. In view of s+pr official
position, it is necessary for me to restrict mw
speaking engagements to the various govern>ent service
schools, except on a rare occasion when I make an
outside talk. Unfortunately, I cannot make an addi-
tional coaaresitaent at this time.
