installations being prepared for a D1.\ ('IA Panel. 1-he series is being
coordinated, published and disseminated by Nl'l('. 'I 'lie photographic
analysis is being performed by the \Pl('. Photographic Analysis Group,
the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (\PIC-), and the Production
Center 1PIa l)1:\). The photographic analysis for this particular re-
port was performed by the ('IA Photographic Intelligence Division.
In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for
the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those
appearing in the project requirement When a specific facility is not
observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report.

Sredne-Belava .\rmv Barracks is located 4
kilometers (km) northeast of Sredne-Belava (50-
42\ 128-01 E) on the Blagoveshchensk-Belogorsk
rail line (Figure 1). The barracks installation
contains a small-arms firing range, a probable
automatic-weapons firing range, and a total of
90 buildings: 28 barracks, 4 administration
-buildings, 8 general storage buildings, 46 gen-
eral support buildings, and 4 vehicle 'equipment
maintenance and storage buildings (Figures 2 and
3).

The Sredne-Belaya airfield, located 2 km
southwest of the barracks installation, appears
unoccupied but serviceable.

port buildings. Three large barracks appear to
be permanently occupied, and smaller barracks
appear to be occupied on a seasonal basis.
Area P2 contains 4 administration buildings
and 5 support buildings. .\rea P2 contains the
main administration facilities for this installa-
tion.
General Storage Area

Area .1 contains 2 vehicle maintenance
buildings, each 20.5 by 45 feet, I vehicle main-
tenance building 135 by 55 feet, I vehicle main-
tenance building 170 by 55 feet, 4 support build-
ings, and a motor park. .\ few vehicles 'pieces
of equipment are visible in the motor park, but
scale and quality of photography preclude fur-
ther identification.
Area K contains an oval athletic field with
a probable soccer field in the center.
Small-:\rtns I iring Range
Area 1, is a small-arms firing range, 145
by 65 feet. 'I his range appears to receive mod-
erate use.
