Requirement No. No. 35011-4 B. NPIC/R-1564/63 1. In response to Reference A, an analysis of all available photo coverage was made to determine construction activity at the Cheng-Chou Research/Educational Institute. Photography available during the mid 25X1D 2. Analysis of the photography reveals that as of there 25X1D 'as no evidence of an institute or any construction activity at t s site. Photography of covered the subject area but the site was cloud covered. The next available clear coverage was The installation was apparently completed at this time as- no further con- struction activity was observed. 3.
