Preparation of a Training Hanual on NPIC
1. the addressees listed below are the representatives
appointed by Group and Staff Chiefs to assist in the preparation
of an NPIC Training Nanual.
2. Para. 5 of reference stated that as soon as all repre-
sentatives were. named a meeting would be called.. This meting
was not called due to priority being assigned to the preparation
of an NPPIC Training Siuvey. As a result, most of my tu:~e is
devoted to the Survey plus some assist to the NNPIC Historian.
3. The status of the I,ianu al is as follo:is :
a. A rough roc k has been completed.
b. Portions of Introduction have been completed
in draft to a. ___~_ -
C. Considerable rnterial has been collected for
use in rertnirrder of Introduction.
d. I have done nothing on the sections to be
pr~ared on~acai Grotua
e. April 1971 is the current goal for completion
of the Manual.

writing the section of the n ual covering your activity to cover
(Para. 4 of reference):
